Yumi was at Tango's, where were you?

Last night was a blast, where were you?  Yumi hosted her Route 66 night, the place was jumping.

Please if you recognize one of your friends, pass the blog along, they were caught by the paparazzi dancing the night away to DJ Yumi's rocking selection of travelling tunes.  You know that Dj Yumi will always give you a good time, follow her by joining her group so you don't miss out on any of the fun events.

DJ Tango was there with his lovely wife & partner (PeggySue) in the club dancing and helping host the night's event.  They are the designers and creators of the stage sets you get to enjoy when you come to themed events at the club------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What has our lovely DJ Sugaree been up to?  Still at Tango's on Mondays, but do you know what she is doing the rest of the week?  
This busy lady has added a few new  venues to her schedule, and one of our favourites is American Graffiti on Sunday nights.

Dj Sugaree has become a bopper!  She has personalized her own style of bringing back the tunes of yesterday in a Rock and Roll venue that is sure to please retro/vintage lovers.  Actually Dj Sugaree is a crowd pleaser, have a request, doubt you can stump her. This is another dj to follow, join her groups and stay up to date on what she is doing.

We told you about it in yesterday's blog, however we didn't tell you about some of the dangers.

There are zombies everywhere, and ...well...  if you get caught where you shouldn't be... you can be arrested, the jail is horrible, dirty, unkept, ugh.

Your car if you are not careful could suddenly combust, there is green bildge spewing out that is rank and putrid.  LOL that said, we won't show you all the places you can discover when you explore.  Explore you must, what a build. For readers asking, "where is Dick Pinelli ?"  we found him for you.  You however will have to do a bit of travel to get to him, but it will be worth the visit.  He has two clubs in InworldZ  - the Loft Blues Club - where he not only DJ's but hosts other entertainers and Dj's in the club, it is a going concern, always busy, last week Ganjo Monkeev was there, most of you music lovers know who Ganjo is.

The other club that Dick and Rusty (his partner/wife) have in InworldZ is Trail End Saloon, a hang out for country music lovers.

and YES to all you fashionista's who are fans of Rusty's Rags, she has a shop there right next to the Blues club, crammed full of her "Rusty Rags" fashions.

This was our first time to visit this venue where we found a live performer, Bill1465 Tigerpaw.  While we were there he did an interesting mix of songs, from Elvis to Garth Brooks, a performer with a few years under his belt, he has developed a relaxed style of conversation with listener that is a bit reminiscent of James Dean or a Marlin Brando, with his Yorkshire accent it makes for an interesting listen.

Runaround Sue's has been around since 2007, whenever we visit, there are people having a good time,  If you want a rocking good time where you will know most of the songs..this is the place to head to.

dropped in to see what Paris Metro Couture has been up to.  The little Mini Cooper is parked outside the entrance to her shop.  She has a smaller one right on the beach with swimwear.  You might recall Alo wearing this outfit from the Paris Metro Artist Collection, we had it in an earlier blog and want to see if we can find any more outfits from this series.

For all you surfers out there, this looks like a beach where you can catch some good waves.  In fact I can see that they are huge.

Check out this pleasure craft.. lots to see and do.  In fact, come and spend the day, what better place to enjoy a day under Aussie skies.  If you have a Sydney City group tag, there is a nice gift outside Paris Metro on the beach, but you must be wearing your tag to receive on.  There is one for men and one for women.  The hotel is now open!

What's happening Sunday?

Designer Circle round 82 has opened its doors... a lot happening there. With summer here, we are not wanting the same make ups, or hairdos that we wear all year round.  we saw when we went through DC 82 that there is a new (to us) Designer  there. taxi in the side bar to the right.

If you are familiar with this line, feedback would be nice.  There were a few new names to us..

What we have noticed is that more and more shoe designers are designing for the Slink foot. Nothing wrong with that, but we  know of a lot of gals who are not going Slink.  we will watch for the designers who are still creating for the regular avatar foot and keep you informed. (Designer  Circle #82)

For sure Felicity Shoes is still putting out the stilettos that we can't get enough of.  This is the shoe that is on special this week-end, The Adelle.

Saturday nite - and what to do?

In SL there is always something going on if you know what you want to do. If you are tired of the same old thing, and going to places you always go, look around there are plenty of other venues for you to try out. Not that there is anything wrong with where you hang now, but variety is the spice of life.

Meet DJ Sugaree Rose

A lady with the gift of music.  She loves to put together sets that will have you enthralled and wanting more.  With a lot of years in Second Life, she has developed a sense of what "lovers" and "romantics" want to hear.  From nostalgia to blues and jazz, this lady will play them all.

This is her current venue sign, she's hot, she's sexy, but listen to me ladies, she a sister from head to toe.  Don't let the blue eyes fool you. Her versatility has her playing different clubs.  Here is a sampling of her scheduled dates.

Each one of these clubs are recognized established venues. Tango's and the Firehouse 59 clubs have been blogged here before. Of all the clubs listed, only Phat's Premier Jazz has a dress code that is formal.

We all have moments of wanting to just enjoy the music, to float along with the sounds of yesterday, or sing along with the ballads of today. DJ Sugaree takes requests, and she loves to banter with her fans. Get to know her, join her group so you know when and where she will be performing.
